All orders placed via this website will be managed by our distribution partner, Aimia Foods Ltd, on our behalf.  You will receive email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and when the order is being processed, and then shipped.

Delivery charge is automatically calculated in the checkout process for you - based on postcode and on total price of all items ordered.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer international shipping options.

Order Processing

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
  • Orders are dispatched with Evri and processed with next working day delivery.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You will receive further notification once we’ve shipped your order.
  • Orders are delivered by Evri. You will receive email notifications informing you of the progress of your delivery. We recommend downloading the Evri app. With this you can set your delivery preferences including setting a safe place, choosing a preferred neighbour or diverting your parcel. It also provides you with live parcel tracking and estimated arrival times to keep you fully in the loop of when your parcel will be delivered. Find out more here:
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us here and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
  • Please ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the delivery fee) and ask you to re-submit your order.


Should you wish to return goods which have been ordered incorrectly or classed as non-faulty, we will accept return requests up to 14 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from the time and date the courier service records the delivery of your parcel.

We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g. – damaged after delivery).

Once we’ve accepted your return request, please return the goods within 14 days. We will issue a refund on receipt of your return within 14 days of the date you have returned the goods.
